  • We’re primarily set up for genuine timber floors on solid subfloors, which is why we focus on the suburb’s character homes. If you’re unsure what kind of flooring you have, send us a photo and we’ll let you know honestly whether it’s something we can help with.

  • Most homes take 3–5 days from start to finish, including drying time between coats. We’ll give you a proper timeframe once we’ve seen the floor.

  • You don’t have to move out, but you won’t be able to walk on freshly coated floors for a period while they cure. We’ll talk you through the timing so you can plan around it.

  • We use low-VOC coating systems (Bona, Berger Seidle, Loba) chosen specifically to reduce fumes and odour compared to older-style finishes. We’re happy to talk through the specific products for your job if you have particular sensitivities in the household.
