This page explains what personal information Dyna Floors collects and what we do with it. Dyna Floors is run by Mitch (Michri Mendez), a sole trader in Brisbane, QBCC licence 15343047.

What we collect

When you call, email or fill in a form: your name, phone number, email, the job address, details about your floor and any photos you send.

When you book a job: what we need for the contract, invoices and payments.

When you visit the website: basic visit information, such as pages viewed and device type, collected through cookies.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, quote, book, do and invoice the job, and keep the records the tax office requires. We don't use it for anything else, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

Only the software we run the business on and our accountant. We don't pass your details to other trades or marketers unless you ask us to. We'll also share details if the law requires it, or to stop fraud.

Photos of your floor

We may use photos of your floor on our website and social media, and may mention the suburb. They never show your name, address or anything that identifies your home. If you'd rather we didn't, just tell us.

Keeping it safe

Your information is kept in secure accounts. We keep job records as long as tax law requires, then remove them.

Our bank details never change by email. If you ever get a message saying they have, don't pay it. Call me on 0468 410 607 first.

Seeing or changing your information

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Email michri@dynafloors.au or call 0468 410 607.
